Patreon Migration
On September 6th, 2022 we have discontinued support for purchasing premium on our Patreon.com page. This page is ONLY for those who are migrating from Patreon.com to our on site billing.
What do I need to do if I subscribed on Patreon?
Determine whether you are currently paying monthly or annually on Patreon. You will need to complete the following steps for each premium server you have.
Do not cancel your Patreon.com subscription until you have migrated all of your servers.
Monthly:
Head over to your servers dashboard.
Under "Captcha.bot Premium" click "Manage"
Click "Subscribe" under the monthly plan. You can optionally upgrade to a year.
You will be given a $4.99 discount.
Fill out the requested information and confirm your subscription.
Now that you've subscribed on our new system you can cancel your Patreon subscription.
Annually:
Email us at contact@privy.gg and include the email you used with Patreon.com so we can migrate you over.
Once you hear back from us, check your email (and spam) for an email requesting payment information. You can also fill this out by going to your servers dashboard -> premium -> Manage subscription.
Please provide a billing address and payment method before your subscription renews.
Now that you've subscribed on our new system you can cancel your Patreon subscription.
What if I did not subscribe on Patreon?
This page does not apply to you! You can manage your subscription on our website.
What happens if I don't cancel my Patreon membership?
You will continue to be charged until June 1st, 2023 (previously January 1st, 2023). We will not offer a refund if you forget to cancel on Patreon.
What if I do not migrate my subscription?
You will continue to be charged on Patreon.com until June 1st, 2023 (previously January 1st, 2023). On June 1st your server will lose its premium status and perks and you will no longer be charged. At this time you will be required to move over if you want to continue using the paid service.
